Legit companies do not use yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc. (web based email) also, many companies (legit) bar web based incoming emails... also the staff cannot send emails to web based emails from their company email addresses.

Now it is VERY cheap to get a website with 20 emails, scammers won't use it, because of traceability...

Why do they get away with it? Clients make criminal cases against them. It is then treated in isolation by the SAPD. In this way it looks like 1 client that is not satisfied and normally the case gets thrown out as being a civil/debt matter. As a private investigator i often come across these scams. One should build a proper case against these people and get as many complainants together as possible. Then you can prove their modus operandi and fraudulant intentions. You have to prove intention! These crooks cleverly limit the loss of any one individual to not make it cost-effective for him/her to have the matter privately investigated. So they get away with it and catch lots of people! Pity!
