It certainly beats losing your precious cargo. We live in a sick society. If protecting your child by keeping them close to you by means of a harness, I say "Go for it".

I think you need to examine the purpose and not the emotion. The purpose is to ensure the safety of your child.

Taking current conditions in society into consideration, with children going missing on a daily basis, I would not frown upon any parent who ensures that all measures to protect their children are put in place. Rather safe than sorry.

It is sad that we have to do this, but if you do this with love, neither your child nor you will suffer.

Do not make a shrine of the opinions of others. Your child's safety is more important.

if you read what i said., i said "each to their own" and the original purpose of this post was to your opinion, which is what I did, so dont go jumping on my head now for what i think about it. I know the world we are living in and would choose not to use it, if you would then im happy for you, not to mention that having them on a harnass is not necessarily going to keep them from harm, and thats because of the sick world we live in. Anyway hope you have a good rest of the day

I apologise Madam. My purpose was certainly not to offend or annoy you but offer my perspective on the subject. You should do what makes you happy. This is your life and your child.

This is a discussion forum where people are able to offer a perspective on certain matters. It most certainly is not a mud-slinging contest.

You do not have to buy everything everybody is selling. There are always many options, but YOU have the power of choice.

Again, my apologies if I offended or annoyed you in anyway.

No need for apology at all. No offense taken. I hope your day gets better.

I would like to share something with you if I may. I write articles and post them on Gumtree from time to time. If you search "Director of your Life", you will find one that I wrote recently.
