I was shocked to see that an vehicle ad placed 24 hours ago is now on page 75, with no way to repost within 30 days. Seems ridicules to me. Fix this please. There is a reason why your site became so popular, dont mess it up now.

Hello Autohausangel,
Ads will only stay at the top of their category until more, newer ads are posted above it. These newer ads will move it down the listings.
If you are interested in moving your ad to the top of page 1, may I suggest purchasing an optional BumpUp feature?
Bump up feature is simply an option to save you time. Bumping your Ad will move the Ad from its current position in the listings back up to the top of the listings on the first page, below any Top Ads.
Remember your ad will remain there until other Ads are posted in the category, at which point the Ad will move down in the listings.
If you want to remain on top of categories please purchase a Top Ad.
For more information please take a look at our help pages:

You are also able to delete, and re-post your ad manually if desired.
If you still have any additional questions, please contact us directly with the following link;

|
|
Hi Guys, please could you provide seperate categories for actual vacancies and people submitting ads for jobs they would like. Its very time consuming having to get past all the " I want a job " ads to find actual opportunities. It wastes so much time!
The only people remotely interested in looking at those ads are Employers, not other job seekers. It would benefit everyone if there was a clear separation. People get so desperate they resubmit their "pick me, I would be a great employee" ads every day or sometimes several times a day. While I sympathize with them, it makes it harder on the rest of us who have to wade through all of those to find a legitimate job ad we can apply for. Also a friendly note to those job seekers, resubmitting your ad a few times a day does not create the best impression. Unfortunately showing desperation usually puts prospective employers off, and it could leave you vulnerable to a scam artist that can see how anxious you are from all your ads. |

Hi Kayla,
You need to use the "Type options" and only select the "offered" in the Current Matches selection. (third option on the left hand side of the page) That takes out all the people who are seeking jobs unless they fill in the wrong option when posting an ad. Then you can report the ad for being in the wrong section.
I hope this helps ease your frustration ) |
