I must be the biggest idiot in town, I should have read the forums first to find out more, i just got scammed and paid the R100.00 for registration, training material....the normal. I have just read a section whereby the scam I registered for was listed point by point, I am so glad I read through the entire forum, this way no matter how desperate and eager I am to work from home, not at the cost of someone else who really doesn't have the money to waste on this rubbish. PLEASE DON'T RESPOND TO ANY ADVERTS PLACED BY: definemarketers@ymail.com - its a scam and I fell for it, there is no Administrator or Data Entry...... you are just stealing money from others, consider my "home office" closed for business - at least I can go sleep with a clear conscious tonight.

Evil or Very Mad Yes we should be more aware of these caniving vindictive people trying to get money out of unemployed people who are desperate to do some work and earn a living. I was conned for R170 thanks goodness, I have email my fraudster and requested the money back and reported her. I hope she sees the right of her ways and gives it back. Never again.. Be careful people they are spiteful hateful easy want to make money people.

firstly, thanks to everyone who posted on this thread. specifically the last post, it made my hair stand on end as i had been in contact with one such person - calling himself Fanie Matthee - and something felt fishy when he mentioned charging for training.
The reason being that i had started working for an online company (Lionbridge) just a few months ago and they never EVER asked for any money - why should you pay if you're the one offering them YOUR skills and time? - and i had to complete a series of tests before being accepted as an employee.

Lionbridge have always been professional in their dealings with me, I can really recommend them as a genuine part-time online opportunity.

Fanie Matthee is at it again. I also didn't do enough research before eagerly sending my reg form and proof of payment. he's upped it to R200 now. I have reported his ad and I'm going to contact Carte Blanche who I will refer to this forum. I'm also going to contact the local papers and lodge a case of fraud with the police. He has messed with the wrong person this time!!

@ Megster09 Bout time somebody did something. Your post is certainly frightening but these people catch very unsuspecting people make money and vanish. Mine I am monitoring on line and still have not received my money back although she is still operating. Remember what goes around comes around . Good luck let me know what transpires. Mad

This guy is unbelievable! He is clearly illiterate, can barely spell correctly AND is threatening me with legal action. I quote:

'sorry this is not a scam at all.
and if you do that please just know we had it before and that person lost because we have our papers and we sued her after that for false report.

so please go ahead'

Sorry for him that this is just giving me more fuel for the fire.

FANIE MATTHEE (and all you other fraudsters out there) I DECLARE WAR!!
