Furnished vs Unfurnished

Hi there
I am looking for an unfurnished flat to rent in Cape town, I can specify area, number of rooms etc but I cannot specify if it must be furnished or unfurnished. Any chance something can be done about this. there are SO many furnished places to rent and the unfurnished nowdays seem few and far between. Please Rolling Eyes

I second the request!

Hi Gumtree, love u guys, BIG sugestion, can you put a tab that prompts a person trying to post a add for home or appt for rental to force the person posting the add to say if it is furnished or not, making the persons life so much eaisier to search for unfirnished or firnished and we can then set the allerts to do so., many thanks, keep up the good job. between. Please Rolling Eyes
