We always advise our users to be careful when dealing with prospective buyers (and sellers). Please conduct all Gumtree transactions face to face in person using cash only. Remember Gumtree should be used for local, face-to-face buying and selling.

sent fnb proof of payment from number +278200703329429 |

| Posted an ad for a Nikon D70 and within 5min received an email that I must phone Benson at 0769117893, googled the number and it shaw that he also went under Baloyi and was involved in scams. bensonwalters@gmail.com |

Deposited the "overpayment" cheque at 3:28pm and I reported him to my premier banker at 3:30pm. I have turned physical criminals over to the police who have never gone to trial so I know that SAPS don't care at all. But hey, maybe if we all start reporting this kak and they want to defend the Rica law someday a cop will get off his fat ***** and do something. |
