Location drop downs not working

Hi,
I am trying to post an advert and the location drop downs for Durban only show the main suburbs, but not secondary ones so it does not allow me to preview or post the advert beyond this step, tells me to fix the neighbourhood issue but cant be done? I have tried IE and Firefox and same issue on both?
