I had the same problem with my son, he is know almost 5. They are just bored to death. Get her some stuff to do during the day. Write in the book wat things to do. I know we don't have always time for it, but that is part of our jobs to keep them busy. Remeber she is only once 3 and tomorrow the house would like the same as yesterday. Play with her ball, paint, as her to help you with things, like picking up the leaves. Read to her books. Walk with her to get all that energy out of her. Start to get in routine, you must also remember they can only fokus for 5 to 10 minutes on a subject. Invite friends over or take her to a restaurant that have playground for kids. I wish I could have come and help you. My son is more relax and he know what he likes to do.
I'm thinking of you and you woun't be the last mother that feels like that. |

| I had the same problem with T until I enrolled him in a playschool, he plays with all his friends, draws, paints and enjoys the jungle gym. He has learned to share and say please and thank you. It was the best thing I ever did. |

Hi, I would advice that you keep you child as natural as possible. Putting a child on drugs simply for having lots of energy is wickedness in my opinion. I have a friend who has 3 energetic boys and the doctors wanted her to put them on drugs.
I will tell you exactly what I told her. Keep her busy! Draw a list of things she likes to do and things you think you could introduce to keep her busy for 5 mins or so. Make sure that exercise such as skipping, running round the garden are also part of her routine. You do not have to stay with her while she does some of these but make sure they are educational and fun stuff. Before you know it, she gets used to doing things on her own for hours and then she becomes independent, confident and learning at the same time.
If you are not ready to put her in play school yet, this is what you need to do. |
