Help fight baby dumping by asking the government to make DNA profiling mandatory on new parents. So when a child is dumped, abandoned or killed, they can track the parents down and prosecute them accordingly.

DNA is unique to each person and they can establish who the parents are by linking parents DNA profiles to a child's.
