I find it so sad that people post the names of their animals, or other details such as broadcasting that the animal has been 'chipped'. This simply makes it easy for the 'finder' to keep the animal. My suggestion is (especially for those of you that have not done so) to rather find and contact ALL the Vets in the vicinity, and provide them with details of the pet and the chip number. If you did not chip your child at 8 weeks old, you should do so right away. I cannot remember, but I think it is only a couple of hundred rand to do this.

Your remarks are totally off mark and don't even make any sense.

Yes, all of us should be more responsible with our pets and chipping is also making it a little more easier to find our lost furry friends.


So please think before you post really stupid remarks.
