We would like to offer our apologies to one Mr Travis, whom we were supposed to supply with lawn on the 13th and could not do so due to unforeseen circumstances that were beyond my control.

While it is true that we behaved unproffessionaly, we would like to assure him of our trust and our sound business ethics and he can contact me personally to rectify the situation with him.
