My add don't want to post ?

Please help I have tried to post my ad several times but for some odd reason it won't post all the info is in it, it just point blank won't post or even preview my ad please help...

Hi Joke,

It sounds like you may be having some browser issues or need to make a few adjustments.

Before retrying to upload your ad please make sure you clear all your browser saved data and check that your JavaScript is turned on.

Please make sure your pop-up blocker is switched off and your firewall is not set too high.

(this is the most important step)
Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox and that your browser is up to date with latest versions.
Help -> Check for updates

Firefox should be version 5.0 or above
Internet Explorer should be version 8 or above
Check this by going to; Help -> About .......
Clearing browser information:

Go to:
INTERNET EXPLORER
Tools -> Delete Browsing History
-Delete all options available to you
-Close the browser and reopen it

FIREFOX
Tools -> Clear Recent History
-Drop down the tab and select "Everything"
-Select "Clear Now"
-Close the browser and reopen it

SAFARI
-Click on the Safari heading to bring down the drop menu
-Select "Empty Cache"
-Click on "Empty"
-Close the browser and reopen it

Please note - these steps may remove any saved login info.

Checking your Java Script

For IE, please go to Tools->Internet Option->Security->Custom Level->Scripting->Active Scripting to disable/enable JavaScript.

For Firefox, please go to Tools-> Options-> Content Tab-> Enable JavaScript to disable/Enable JavaScript.

Enable JavaScript in Apple Safari browser?

1. Open Safari.
2. In the menu bar, click on Safari.
3. In the drop-down menu, click on Preferences.
4. Click on Security in the top row of the new window.
5. Check the checkbox for Enable JavaScript.
6. Click on the red dot in the upper left corner to close the window.
7. Close and re-open Safari.

Once you have done this try uploading your ad again.

If you are still having issues, please try using a different browser to see if the problem persists.
